Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Fes

• Arrival in Fes.

• Transfer to your riad in the medina.

• Evening at leisure: stroll the ancient streets or relax at your riad.

• Overnight in a traditional riad.

Day 2: Fes – Ifrane – Middle Atlas – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Desert

• Morning departure through the Middle Atlas Mountains.

• Stop in Ifrane (“the Switzerland of Morocco”).

• Explore the cedar forests of Azrou, home to Barbary monkeys.

• Drive along the Ziz Valley with its lush palm groves.

• Arrival in Merzouga: camel trek at sunset into the Erg Chebbi dunes.

• Overnight in a luxury desert camp under the stars.

• Dinner included.

Day 3: Merzouga Desert – Activities & Exploration

• Early wake-up for sunrise over the dunes.

• Traditional Berber breakfast.

• Optional desert activities:

• Overnight in the Dades Valley (riad or kasbah).

Day 5: Dades Valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – High Atlas – Marrakech

• Breakfast at the riad.

• Drive through Skoura’s palm groves.

• Stop in Ouarzazate (“Hollywood of Morocco”), optional studio visit.

• Explore Ait Benhaddou, UNESCO World Heritage ksar.

• Cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass.

• Arrival in Marrakech.

• Overnight in a riad or hotel.

Day 6: Marrakech – Departure

• Free time to explore Marrakech medina, souks, and key landmarks.

• Transfer to the airport for departure.
